What does BECOMING look like? I think it looks like a birthing process. Indescribable pain that words can’t give full justice too. Unremitting, savage experiences that build up the warrior in you. Relentless grit poured in layers that forms the foundation of who you’re BECOMING.

It’s built through the rescue you prayed for, yet never received. It’s the struggle that doesn’t seem to end.

It’s in the day in and day out work that welcomes you back over and over again. It’s the mountain that your eyes can’t see past when your head is down and you’re trudging forward.

BECOMING is in the struggle… BECOMING is in the healing that isn’t instantaneous, but comes in layers…

BECOMING is when you’re challenged beyond your limits… BECOMING is when it seems like things will never change, yet you wake up to face life again and hope beyond all hope.

BECOMING is exhibiting faith, when you’re eyes know your reality. BECOMING is trusting that God hears your prayers despite the agonizing silence of unchanged circumstances. BECOMING is believing in His goodness in spite of the pain.
